How do we handle, the Consignment item in US and the same Item is Regular Item in Brazil ?

Hi Friends,
Our client has business around countries, the issue here is, If an Item is a consignment Item in US and the same Item is
Regular Item in Brazil. How do we handle it in ORMS. Is there any option in ORMS or how can it be handled.
You can provide me if any work around is available.
Can you please suggest me a way for this, as this is very critical and urgent issue to be attended.
