Action plan for PASYSADMIN Issue

Hi,

We have around 20000 workflow notifications which are related to PO module with the error message like 'Error in Workflow PAXWFHRU/41 3205: 'PASYSADMIN' is not a valid role or user name'.  As per Oracle metalink notes the solution is to create the user PASYSADMIN user and assign a valid email address.

After performing the above mentioned action plan is there any other set up to be performed to sort this out as we still have notifications lying in the database.

Please suggest some permanent solutions which can be implemented successfully.
