Fixed Assets Inward Entry - Problem

Hi All,

While Receiving the Fixed Assets "Expense AP Accrual " account not knocked off automatically. Kindly suggets when this account get knocked off or we need to do the manual adjustments.

Following accounting happens for FA Item receiving:

here Fixed Assets Clearing Account Dr balance (187500  which is the sum of Taxes (CST)) and Expense AP Accrual Account Balance remain pending. Request you to please suggest where is the gap and best solution for the same.
