India-Localized taxes entries coming very late

Hi

We are in India-Localized 60107 and 11.5.10.2

The India-Receipt tax entries are coming in GL very old periods.

We have closed inventory periods,Purchasing Periods and Payables periods upto nov-2011.

Eventhough while inporting Journals in GL source as Purchase ,we are getting Journals of old periods like april-11,jun-2011etc.

Can any body guide me.
