India - Receiving Transaction Processor goes into error

Hi

I ran the process namely  India - Receiving Transaction Processor its goes into error.

Error is Error in Line Number 1 - jai_rgm_claims_pkg.get_term_id => No term defined.

It is for one particular Inv_org others are working fine.(for above process)

I have defined all set-up steps.

We are in 11.5.10.2 and India localized 60107.

So pl advice.
