Cancel payments on Financial Gateway

Is there a way or removing payments from Financial Gateway - meaning that we dont want the payment to go electronically?  Note that we are not Voiding the payment - the payment still exists in AP, but we dont want the file to go out through FG, we want to load it into the banking system manually. These are one off requirements.
