Running of Refresh AR Transactions Summary Tables

 We want to Refresh our AR Transactions Summary Tables. 
The Profile option AR: Allow Summary Table Refresh is set to YES


In Test Environment we ran the request Refresh AR Transactions Summary Tables
This request updates the tables and UWQ data is current. It took around 1 hour to complete run the request in test.

In Production Environment we followed the same procedure. Program completed normally. But It only took like 1 min. None of the summary tables gets updated. I compared the output.

The red line was the difference in the Log file of Test Environment and Production. Test Environment does not have the red line. How can I fix that. So that my Summary Tables gets updated.
