Peopletools Test Framework 8.51

I have installed PTF and set it up and logging in okay pointing to the integration with the https port and I am able to create folder but when I go to create a test I get an error message "TestCase.GetValues:Null" has anyone seen this before? And when I click ok on it does get passed it then when I try to save it I get a "SaveIT-1[Null]" error. Has anyone else experienced this before?
