Notification Mailer 11.5.10.2, 11g, Linux

We have Notification Mailer setup for AP Invoice Approval and now need it setup for iExpense and Purchase Requisitions.  Can someone give me the steps needed to accomplish this in 11.5.10.2, 11g.
