Creating Information Center documents for products

Hi,
Is there a guide for internal teams to creating an information center doc for a product set (ODSEE which is DPS, DSEE, ISW and the DSRK).  Looking at the examples of the OID and OIM information center doc sets, we have a majority of this content online/identified already for the ODSEE.  I'll continue reviewing what content I can find within the community site as well, but if anyone has pointers on the subject, it would be appreciated.
