getting an email for every closed requisition

 HI,
I am receiving hundreds of repeat closed and cancelled messages related to i-procurement requisitions already approved.  These messages repeat over and over for the same requisitions.  Over the weekend between 6:00 pm Friday evening and 6:00 am Monday morning I received 288 of these messages, duplicating several times over.  Please let me know how to resolve ASAP.
