File size in to be attached in the talent acquisition mngmnt 9.1

Is there a limit on document attachment size in Talent Acquisition Management 9.1 on the job offer piece? Is there a limit on how many files/attachments you can attache? I guess when it goes into the BLOB (ORACLE 10g) file there is a limit to the size. Does anyone know what is it?
