Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to change India-taxes on sales returns

Hi

We are on 11.5.10.2 with india localization 60107

We sales goods to customer @14% in 2009

Now customer returns goods .

Now i am creating sales-retuns order by copy sales order with return line and save.

By viewing tax, i found that taxes field are greyout.

So i cannot change the taxes.

How do i change the taxes?
