sccext failure

 Has anybody ever seen sccext fail with the following error ?

sccext_2~20120119201043~process~~100~ORA-01403: no data found~INTERNAL STORED FUNCTION ERROR: function=COST_EXTRACT_SQL.BULK_UPDATE_COSTS, error=FETCH cursor C_GET_PO_EXP in package COST_EXTRACT_SQL.BULK_UPDATE_APPROVED_ORDERS     , cost_chg=792457


This in RMS 10.1.12
