Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Explain about Direct Ship Indicator on Item Supplier Screen?

Hi All,

The Direct Ship Indicator is used for the Customer orders.But with out check this indicator also I am able to Ship the Purchase order.

Can any one explain why what is the use of Direct Ship Indicator on Item Supplier Screen.
