1099-DIV Withholding

Hi All,
My client has a requirement to process 1099-DIV withholding. Based on my initial research and communication with the Oracle Support team, there appears to be no established 1099-DIV coding/processing available for PeopleSoft 9.1. Do any solutions exist to process 1099-DIV withholding from PeopleSoft 9.1?
