India Localization R12.1.1

 Hi
We upgraded our system from 11i to R12.1.1.

All the Setup and Data have been migrated from 11i but there is no data in India Localization.

We are not able to perform any Transaction in R12 due to Trigger unhandeled exception, No data found etc.

Is there any Patch set for India Localization by which all the Tax setup could be migrated from 11i and also able to perform some transaction on AP, PO for testing Purpose.

Please help us immediately.
