Translation process was run with ERROR Status

Dear All

Please find  the issue detials below

PeopleSoft v 9.1,

General Ledger Module

I have run the Translation process and it was run with ERROR status. The message log for the Error's are given below

1. Inactive Chartfield Account!

2.ChartField error for value 14263/103 fieldname Project, (prompt table PROJECT_ID_VW).
3.ChartField error for value 41135 fieldname Cost Center, (prompt table DEPT_TBL).
4.ChartField error for value 1254280000 fieldname Account, (prompt table GL_ACCOUNT_TBL).

Can you please help me to resolve the issue.
