RMS 12 Security

Does anyone have any idea of how RMS 12 security works?

I am a little bit confused on handling this, we have created certain roles with our previous implementors, and i need to create more roles and decent hierarchy.

I have been raising SR with support who tells me USER_ROLE_PRIVS and FORM_LINKS_ROLE tables needs to be populated with some information which needs to be thereafter removed.

Some investigation i have had done seems like FORM_LINKS_ROLE has some entries from FORM_ELEMENT, are the entries in the later table somehow useable to improve the security?

Is there anyone who can guide me on how i can work with a proper security within version 12.0.4?
