Information on How To Search for Knowledge Documents for Release 8.8 SP1 or Prior
If you are a Customer using Release 8.8 SP1 or prior and feel like you are not finding any Knowledge Documents related to your issue, it's possible that the Knowledge Document you are looking for is now located in the archives. In order to search the Knowledge Base Archives in My Oracle Support, please follow the steps below:
Basic Search
1. To the left of the Search box, which is located at the top right hand side of the page, click on the drop down arrow for Sources
2. Select Knowledge Base Archives
3. Enter the necessary search criteria in the search box
4. Click on the magnifying glass to perform the search
