Dispute creation Failed in Advanced Collections

 1. We create a Transaction in Receivables having following $ Values.

Line :   $176.34

Tax:  $.00

Freight : $49.00

Total; $225.34

The customer called collection department. Telling that He should not be charged shipping. We have to credit the shipping.

So a dispute is raised from the Collections as below

Line: -38.34

Tax: 

Freight: -10.66

Total: -49.00

The dispute got stuck in the ARAMECM workflow (We are using the standard workflow).

The error is  "PLEASE ENTER OVER APPLICATION AMOUNTS AT THE LINE LEVEL"

Q. Why the workflow errors out with the above ERROR? How I can resolve this error? Please HELP.
