OPM lot retest workflow

Hi,

I have initiated the OPM lot retest workflow. But it goes into error 'Local Event ERROR : oracle.apps.inv.Date.Notification / 110+-?*1045+-?*2011105139/1+-?*LOT+-?*2192' . How to correct it ?
