Dunning Letter

Hi,

Can anyone please tell what is the differnece between dunning soft letter and AR Dunning soft letter

Actually we hav given the basic setup to our client for dunning letter functionlity now They want to understand what are the differences between Dunning Soft Letter and AR Dunning Soft Letter?

Which one needs to be sent to the customers?

We are in R12.1.2.

Thanks in advance if you can share any document or tell us the above difference.
