PeopleTools Certifications (Doc ID 747587.1) is a great resource to help customers figure out how to use the Certification menus within My Oracle Support (MOS). It contains step by step navigation and screenshots to help locate Product and Platform Certifications quickly.  The document is updated as Platforms and Products are certified with each PeopleTools release.

Review also document E-CERT PT 8.52: Finding PeopleSoft Certification Information [Video] (Doc ID 1383747.1), which contains 7 multimedia presentations on MOS Certifications.
