Documentation on using Integration Broker to send HR job data informtion to Financials

Hi--we are setting up 9.1 and I am trying to find information on what nodes, messages, queues, services, and service operations I need to setup to moved selected JOB data information from our Human Resources system over to our Financials system.  We need this data to use with Approval Workflow.  Does anyone know if there is detailed documentation on how to do this?  I would appreciate any assistance out there.
