Bulk load of Roles fails when loading from CSV and Category is specified

Hi Experts,

We are trying to load roles via bulk load from CSV . Roles are laoded fine when loaded with the folllowing :

UGP_ROLENAME,UGP_NAMESPACE,USR_LOGIN

BULKROLETEST8,Default,XELSYSADM

Fails when

UGP_ROLENAME,UGP_NAMESPACE,UGP_ROLE_CATEGORY_KEY,USR_LOGIN
BULKROLETEST8,Default,8,XELSYSADM

Error: ORA-00957: duplicate column name at line number 656 in the OIM_BLKLD_LOG.

Any pointers are appreciated .
