how can add a jsp function to a menu so that I can access the funtion through a responsiblity attach

Hi

Can anybody tell me how can I add a jsp function to a menu so that I can access the funtion through a responsiblity attached to the menu to which I want to add the jsp function?

Basically I wanted to add workflow notification link to a responsiblity so that user who ever logs into the responsiblity can click on the notifications link and then see the notifiactions.
