New Receivables SR Upload Files and Questions Template: We Value Your Feedback!

We have changed some (list below) of Receivables Service Request Upload Files and Questions and we would like to invite you to share your experiences with us. These are the new changes:
  • We updated the 'Upload Files' step/section with details, help and templates for 3 scenarios: Online Replication, Batch Process and Data Errors. We have created a new KM Doc 1417154.1 How to Upload Files to a Receivables My Oracle Support Service Request? which has detailed instructions, images, attachments and Word doc templates.
  • We now have 5 Questions (Environment, Business Impact, KM, Community, Information Centers). We added a Help (click ? or bubble icon) for each Q explaining 'Why' we are asking and 'How' the answer will help the support engineer progress the resolution faster and more effectively (i.e. what we are going to do with the answer information).
