Dunning Letter Email Notification

 Hi,
So my question is, how are dunning letter emails sent out in R12? In 11i, we had to customize the process so that, we can include the dunning letter as an attachment to the email, change the name of the attachment, change the body and subject of the email. Is this now the standard functionality in R12?

So what I want to know is (just to summarize): Is there a profile option somewhere which allows me to

1. Change the Subject of the email
2. Change the body of the email
3. Attach the dunning letter in pdf format to that email
