MICR and Signature Secure Fonts not printing after PeopleTools upgrade from 8.48 to 8.51 and upgrade

The MICR and Signature Secure Fonts do print correctly when run directly from Crystal 2008 and windows 2008, but does not when run from Peoplesoft through the process scheduler after peopletools upgrade from 8.48 to 8.51 and upgrade to Crystal 2008 SP3.

I have checked all the posted docs in Oracle support, such as checking for the dll's installed (C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86) icudt34.dll, psicuin34.dll, and psicuuc34.dll

We currently use Printerm for MICR and Signature Secure Fonts and have done all of their suggestions, placing the fonts just about everywhere.

Any help would be appreciated.
