Calendar for recurring vouchers PS 9.1

Hi there,

   We are using the recurring voucher function of procurement contracts (Main Menu> Procurement Cotracts > Add/Update Contracts>) We found out that when the voucher is set to pay on a Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday, the paycycle does not pick it up until after the date its due.  We also adjusted the paycle, and the voucher build, but it still does not pick up the voucher when it is set to cut on a Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday...any suggestions?  I thought someone told me that there is a calendar that we can use in PS that can fix
