Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to see all the Deliquent Bill To Customers in Collector Worker Queue

Hi,

We have an user not able to see the Deliquent customers in the Collector Work queue. She ahs been using the Collector Agent Responsibility.

Can anyone help me in understanding the reason for this issue?
