The "Customer Standard" button in the Accounts tab of the Collections page doesn't work

Hi experts,

The "Customer Standard" button in the accounts tab of the collections page is giving the following error: "The function is not available for this responsibility" 

I have already looked at the note: 

How To Disable The Customer Standard Button On The Accounts Tab? [ID 1310373.1]

and followed the steps to reverse it but I could not find the AR Customer Search function.

Please let me know your thoughts.
