How to register custom forms in RMS?

 Hi,
We are starting in RMS and can't find any standard procedure to register our new custom form in the system.
We found a standard procedure to compile form and it work. But now we faced with lack of information about how to register it.
Could you help to find o describe standard procedure for that?
