difference between withholding tax and TDS

Hi,

I am aware below Points, if wrong rectify it.

A). If India Loclization functionality use in Payables module, I can capture the Sections(194J, 194C,...) while creation of Tax code.

. If Withholding functionality use in Payables modue, It's not possible to capture the Sections while creation of Tax codes.

Is there any difference between TDS and withholding tax apart from above A & B Points.
