OIM 9.1.0.2: Querying for System Validation tasks in pending status

Greetings, we're running OIM 9.1.0.2 at my organization.  I've seen a number of instances where a user's resource object instance ends up in revoked status but the System Validation task is left in pending status.  (From what Oracle has told me, leaving the System Validation task in pending status is not desirable.)  I'd like to know what SQL query I can run against the database to determine which resource instances are in revoked status but have System Validation tasks in pending status.  Could someone either provide me with the SQL query or point me toward documentation that help me develop
