Account with Broken Promise not reflected in Advanced Collections

Hi Experts,
I am having trouble with Promise to Pay functionality. This is what I did: 

On 3/19/2012, flagged all transactions for account #3360 with a PTP and a Promise Date of 3/19/2012.
Clicked on Strategy tab and confirmed the RS US Emerging Average Strategy now had a Status of On Hold.

On 3/20/2012, queried up account in Advanced Collections and noticed the strategy Status was still On Hold.  

After last night's processes (Promise Reconciliation, Scoring Engine Harness and Strategy Management), the status should have removed the On Hold Status.  I also noticed that this account did NOT appear in the Broken Promises queue when looking in the UWQ.
