Service tax is automatically calculating on Item line amount and adding the Miscellaneous lines also

Hi All,

We are facing an issue in our Production Instance.

The Service tax is automatically calculating on Invoice Item line and adding the Service tax miscellaneous lines, even though we have not entered any details in IL tax details window.

We haven't faced this situation in any of our Test instances

Could any one please tell me why it's happening so? and provide me the way to restrict the calculation like this?
