OID 11g re-installation and configuration

Hi,I installed a new OID11g server in my test environment and tried to use the clone procedures to do a T2P for my production servers. However, after running into a few issues with the clone I removed the installation and did it manually instead. All the oid components were configured and seemed to work properly. I imported my ldif file from my test server successfully. However, it's unable to resolve any Oracle service names. My test server works without any problems.
I think the failed cloning may have messed up the repository so I wanted to remove the production repository and schemas and recreate them without removing the OID/FMW binaries. Is this even possible? Can I just recreate the OID schemas and then reconfigure OID? I'd remove everything and start all over as a last resort. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
