Mass Tax Recalculation

 HIBy using Mass Tax Recalculation feature, can I update the taxes of Open PO, Here the point is that we dont use TAx categories and apply taxes manually.
So if Excise 10% tax can be replaced by Excise 12% Tax. The user guide says "“Manually added taxes can be overridden.”
