Migrate from OID to ODSEE 11g

I'm tasked to migrate our current LDAP from OID to ODSEE 11g in our current environment, then test to see the difference in system performance.  I have little experience with OID, but have a fair amount with ODSEE.

What I'm looking for is a "How to..." list, "Recipe" or "Method" to accomplish this task.  Can anyone help?
