Chartfield Security

We would like to use Chartfield Security for AP for Account only. There are certain AP Users that we want to be able to use only certain accoutns. All other AP users to acces and  see all accounts. We setup chartfield security on all components and assigned the rule by role. At first we created only one rule to allow certain role to only see limited set o accounts. What occured was that all other users when selecting account got message no matching accounts. No accounts displayed. We created a second rule and new role to allow all others to see accounts. When
