Connecting from .NET to Oracle got error

We are developing an application in .NET, when the application try to connect database show the following error:

System.Data.OracleClient requires Oracle client software version 8.1.7 or greater

The application server is Windows server 2008 R2 Data center

The Oracle client installed is ODAC 112021 x64

Framework .NET 3.51

The application is develop in C#
