ODAC installation problems

After installing ODTwithODAC112030, I can't connect to any database.  I'm getting the following error: "Access violation at address 095ADEEE in module 'oran11.dll'".  I have to completelly uninstall ALL oracle software and reinstall Oracle11g_r2 to connect to a database.

Please, help.
