Application Server Multiple connection of same user hanging the System

Hi All,

We have peopletool version 8.51.13.On our Application server we are facing issue of multiple connection of same user.It creates thousand of user in psadmin client status which all are in busy status.This problem make application dead and application stop responding.

As a workaround we bounce the respective web server,So that app server clients could disconnect.

Please help.
