Hi Experts,

I am currently working as a Oracle Retail technical support. Env is: RMS, RPM, SIM, ReIM, RWMS, RIB, RDW, OID and Appworx. I want to make a checklist (docs) of primary stage health check (monitoring). Normaly I am a DBA but new in RETAIL field. My role is to monitor DB as well as All retail apps. so please help me to for preparing such docs, following I can make my daily activites easy and more efficient. In short I want to be proactive.
