Accessing diagnostic dashboard for OIM 9.1 installed on WebLogic

Greetings, I'm attempting to access Oracle Diagnostic Dashboard for my OIM 9.1 on WebLogic 10.3 installation.  I'm having trouble determining which user ID (and password) to use.  How can I determine that?  (Against what directory/database/user list does the Diagnostic Dashboard authenticate?)  I tried both my personal OIM user ID as well as the OIM system admin. ID but had no luck.
