Running Pos Pay and getting blank lines

Has anybody had the issue in 9.1/8.52.03 Financials when running pospay (APY2055) the output to text has additional carriage return between lines. Basically causing the file  to have data line, then blank, then next data line. We are trying to use the crystal check instead of new method. Has anybody seen this before?
