Fatal communication error with the Windows Process Activation Service

  Hi,

Now a days frequently we are getting the below exception.

A process serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool ' suffered a fatal communication error with the Windows Process Activation Service. The process id was '8180'. The data field contains the error number.
Please find the below our current oracle version details.

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit
PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.1.0

Any one please suggest is there any defects in the release and any patches available to fix this.
