Trying to execute a bulk load into OID database

Hi I am trying to bulk load data from an ldif file into a new OID database.  The ldif was made from a backup of the master OID database.

 ./bulkload connect="oiddr07" load=true restore=true file="/ora1/oracle/oidpr01_backup.ldif"

Error:
Invalid option specified
usage: bulkload [option(s)


This is Oracle Application Server 10g 10.1.4.0.1  on solaris sparc 64.

Any advise if I'm not following syntax correctly?
